- COOKING PROCESS -
Our products are fully cooked at an internal temperature of 120-125 degrees or rare. If you are buying our prime rib steak or pork chop at the supermarket, all you need to do is sear it one minute each side. However, if you are buying a the whole ribeye or 5lb, please follow the instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

After oven is preheated, place smoked prime rib in oven on a sheet roasting pan uncovered.

Medium rare - 40 minutes

Medium - 50 minutes

Medium Well - 60 minutes

Resting Time

We suggest 45 minutes on all temps.
